A fabulous campaign for Tampax/Procter & Gamble.
What I did:
I coded the “advanced” version of the application. Basically, the user would select and mix a series of clips to create a ringtone. The clever thing was that there were four tracks, and the clips were of variable length.
In other words, I was writing a sequencer - bolting together multiple clips in multiple channels to create a seamless mix. Quite a tricky pony.
Once the ringtone had been created and saved in the system, the user would have to type in a packcode, from special packs of Tampax, to have the ringtone sent to their phone. All very clever.
The application is long-offline, but I have here a short video of it in action.
